I watched this movie recently and I loved it. I also love the acting.
The scene was really touching when the father brought a sari for Durga and the mother breaks down and starts crying...it was really sad :cry:
The kid that plays Apu was so cute :D
I hope to see the 2 other films in the Apu triology and more Satyajit Ray films...I am quite eager to see more of Satyajit Ray, I have seen his hindi film "Shatranj Ke Khiladi" ...it was also good. Sanjeev Kumar is one of my favorite actors.
